Vegan barbecue sauce
This sauce is simple and tangy, but complex in taste, thanks to the tangy barbecue sauce granules and soy sauce. This sauce is made with tomato, soy sauce, maple syrup, brown sugar, mustard, cumin and garlic. It is finished with ginger, scallops and fresh lime juice.
These are called braised, and in Korean cuisine, brazing liquid is used before slicing sausage sauce. (Sauces are usually prepared in advance.)
Like pure Korean kimchi, Korean barbecued pork is a paste made with pork belly and fine salt. First, you put salt in the pork belly in a bowl, then you rub it with a spicy, fermented paste of mustard, garlic, red pepper, ginger, shale and rice vinegar.
Food in Korea
However, Korean food is much more than their famous street food. The cuisine originated in China and is based on rice and other grains. But South Korea has added its own creative twist to its cuisine, which has really been shown with a little imagination.

Traditional Korean street food
Korean cuisine is often regarded as a smooth blend of Chinese and Korean ethnic dishes. It’s actually a lie. In addition to strong influences from East Asia, Korean cuisine is also heavily influenced by the farm-to-table-style cuisine prevalent in South American and South European cuisine. I’ve put together this list of some of my favorite traditional street food inspired by Korean cuisine.
Adana Docdo Slider
These Korean sliders are based on the main ingredients and cooking techniques for sliders: thinly sliced brisket on a jest bun and tendering of sliced pork. This creates a great appetite for a light meal for dinner or lunch. It’s great with Korean rice wine and fresh grated daikon radish and garlic with soy sauce or soy sauce.
The history of the corn dog
The history of the corn dog dates back to the early 1900s in the United States. The term “dog” basically refers to the head of a full-sized Shepard, and the tail becomes the favorite dog’s tail. Later, corned beef and cabbage became a traditional and delicious menu item and were served in the traditional way of eating by hand. Fast forward to the modern age, and you now have the original and simplest form of the corn dog, born out of the hole and the fast-food world. With corn, mustard, and some sausage, you will find a popular and delicious food for yourself.

Korean Corn Dog London
In Korea, corn dogs are almost always made with cabbage. My best in Korea was one of the many small dinners at Itaewon in Seoul. I ordered a dozen and could eat two dozen. You can tell this is best by wiping the gentleman’s forehead with a tissue before taking the first order. When it was all over, he looked at me and said, “This is my best creation.” He served it on a brick and wood-fired grill right in the middle of the dining room. The crowd got on their feet when he pulled me out of the hot fat hot dog. And I ate every one.
